But what if I am a sensitive soul and am easily offended by what I perceive to be someone’s aggressive management or ‘loud’ teaching style, a style that my more robust colleagues see as a ‘can-do’ attitude which is just what is needed? And who is to decide whether the treatment I get is less favourable? The factual circumstances that might arise in any given situation are infinite so the legislation gives no list or category of the sort of actions or conduct that could amount to less favourable treatment.

This is true for most people with a physical impairment. Autism is not a physical impairment; it is largely social.
